Terms of Service

The shop: Leaf Haus sells live houseplants that ship already potted. Every plant is a living thing, so the plant you receive may vary slightly from its photos in size, shape, and coloring. We photograph and describe each plant honestly, but small differences are normal.

Orders and pricing: Prices are in US dollars. We may change prices or availability at any time. If we make a mistake on your order, such as a pricing error or an item that is actually out of stock, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Shipping: We ship within the United States using Standard shipping, which takes 3 to 5 business days. Shipping is a flat $12.00, and free on orders of $70.00 or more. Delivery dates are estimates, and weather or carrier delays can slow a package.

Live plants: Once a plant leaves our care, its health depends on its new environment. Please unbox your plant promptly and follow its care notes. Our Refund Policy covers plants that arrive dead or damaged.

Acceptable use: Please do not misuse the shop, attempt to break it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Changes: We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the current one.
